Our local Heart In Diamond representative will provide you with the detailed information on the product and will help you to place your order. You can arrange a telephone appointment with our local representative or you can request a Heart In Diamond order kit. We will send to you with prepaid return tracked postage. Please contact us to discuss your requirement and we will help you every step of the way.
You will have a choice of the preferred diamond, jewellery options and other customizations. Please see Create your own diamond page for available options.
To send us the hair, please place 0,5 – 2 grams of hair into a sealed, zip-locked plastic bag from the collection kit and return via mail it via registered mail in the prepaid package provided. For the ashes, we will require 60 -100 grams of cremated ashes, equivalent to ⅔ cup of cremated ashes. Your local Heart In Diamond representative will facilitate this for you if you so require any assistance.
As soon as we receive your signed Purchasing Order Form, you will be issued with a Heart In Diamond ID number which you can use to track the status of your order through an Order Tracking page and also you will receive regular updates each time the process changers via email all the way until we have delivered your special diamond.
Your personal diamond will be delivered to you by a Heart In Diamond representative or by authorized courier.
